Pastor Brown, Christ Temple Church revival this weekend
QUINNESEC – Pastor James E. Brown and the Christ Temple Church, Quinnesec will be in revival Friday through Sunday.
Services will be Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
On Saturday at 3 p.m. they will have a special event for women entitled, “Don’t Let Your Past Destroy Your Future.”
The seminar speaker will be Sis. Rachel Davis from Cornerstone Bible Church in Iron River, where Rocky Farley is the pastor.
They will be reaching out to women who have had abusive, addictive or any other kind of past that is keeping them from living a free and productive life that God intended them to have.
The main event speaker for Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday morning will be Evangelist Michele Husband of Christ the Rock Church of Bay City, Mich. where Suffragan Bishop Reed is the pastor. She is an anointed woman of God with a powerful testimony of being delivered from drugs, alcohol and prostitution.
“She’s not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation, which brought her out of darkness into God’s marvelous light,” said a spokesperson. “She is a highly sought after speaker and always willing to be used by the Lord.”
“You won’t want to miss this event,” she added.
The church is located at 3300 Menominee St. in Quinnesec.
