The incident occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. on West D Street.

Acting Iron Mountain Police Chief Ed Mattson said that his department received a report of a breaking and entering in progress. A citizen had called to inform officers that three men were entering a neighbor’s detached garage and taking items.

Upon arrival, officers located three adult males subjects in the garage. They were taken into custody without incident, said Mattson.
