OIL CITY, Pa. – Anthony “Tony” Faccio, 54, of Oil City, died following a long courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at University Hospital in Pennsylvania.
He was born in Green Bay, Wis. on June 9, 1960, the son of John “Jack” Faccio and the late Betty (Duquaine) Faccio.
Tony married Michelle LeMire on July 18, 2008, in Norway, Michigan.
He worked as a mechanical engineer for Joy Manufacturing in Franklin, Pa.
Tony is survived by his wife Michelle; daughters Casey and Jenna Faccio; stepsons Mitch (Mackenzie) Horn and Chris (Brianna) Horn; grandchildren Kailee, Dante, Ilianna and Daxon; brothers Craig Faccio, Mark (Tamara) Faccio and John (Kim) Faccio; stepsister Cheryl Rott; brothers-in-law Jacque (Kelly) LeMire, Jon (Pam Powell) LeMire and Joe (Courtney) LeMire; sisters-in-law MariLynn LeMire, Elizabeth (Richard) Ehlinger and Yvonne LeMire; nieces and nephews Anjolie, Jake, Joseph, Hannah, Jack, Matthew Faccio and Joe, Andre, Greg, James, Luc LeMire and Isaac Ehlinger.
Family will greet friends on Saturday, July 12, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Timothy Ekaitis, pastor of St. Mary’s Church in Norway, presiding.
