Workshop June 25 on positive behavior
KINGSFORD – The Michigan Alliance for Families will host a “Positive Behavior Supports” workshop on Wednesday, June 25, at the Dickinson-Iron Intermediate School District, 1074 Pyle Drive, Kingsford.
The session will run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Sign-in starts at 4:30 p.m.)
The workshop is designed for parents of children/young adults with a disability or learning challenge, school staff, and community organizations. It will look at how individualized behavior supports can assist when students have challenging behaviors.
The presenter is Sandee Koski of the Michigan Alliance for Families.
Advance registration is needed for planning purposes. Because this workshop is being hosted during dinner time, pizza will be served.
