NIAGARA, Wis. – Both individual and five-member teams are being sought for the sixth annual Niagara Lions 9 Pin Bowling Tournament to be held Friday-Saturday, Feb. 21-22, at the newly remodeled Uptown Lanes.

Brad Butler will again serve as emcee. Profits from the tournament will be used for community projects.

While competition will be held, this tournament is primarily a “fun event” which is open to bowlers and non-bowlers alike. Handicaps will be used and one will be assigned to those without them.

The singles competition will be held on Friday at 6:30 and 9 p.m. and at noon Saturday. The team event is scheduled for Saturday with competitions taking place at 3 p.m. and at 6 p.m.

Entry fee is $25 per bowler and prize money will be awarded to the top individuals and teams. Food and beverages will be available, drawings will be held, and many other prizes will be given out throughout the tournament.

Registration forms are available at Uptown Lanes (715-251-1700). Entry checks should be made out to the Niagara Lions Club.
