PEMBINE, Wis. – Mark Joseph Stepien, 54, of Pembine, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013.
He was born on April 23, 1959, to John and Loraine (Bruso) Stepien. He graduated from Pembine High School, served four years in the United States Navy, and was employed by the Marinette County Highway Department.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy of Florence, Wis.; his daughter, Sara Jo (Josh) Seidel of Pembine; two grandchildren, Jolie and Carter Seidel of Pembine; his loving parents, John and Loraine of Pembine; two brothers, Gary (Mary) Stepien of Amberg, Wis. and Todd (Sheri) Stepien of Pembine; two sisters, Janice (Dave) Schwartz of Porterfield, Wis. and Mary (Roger) Polster of New Holstein, Wis.; stepson, John (Jessica) Carlson; stepdaughter, Angela Carlson; and three step-grandchildren, Annabelle, Olivia and Wyatt.
He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Mark will be remembered for his infectious laugh and his caring heart.
A celebration of Mark’s life will be held in the summer of 2014.
