GREEN BAY, Wis. – Audrey M. Grosso (Dishneau), 81, loving wife and mother, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013.
Audrey is survived by her husband of 64 years, John Grosso, and her five children, sons Mark (Pam) Grosso of Geneva, Ill., Randall (Madeline) Grosso of Las Vegas, and Ronald (Kathy) Grosso of Cottage Grove, Wis.; and daughters Jeanne Grosso and Cheryl Grosso, both of Green Bay; seven grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Edna Dishneau, and two of her siblings, Joyce Ponzio and Helen Tousignant.
Audrey attended Kingsford High School and lived in Iowa and Marinette before moving to Green Bay in 1971. She was the consummate homemaker, an excellent baker, a wonderful cook, seamstress and organizer.
Audrey liked to swim, sing, and dance and taught line dancing in Green Bay and Florida. She was resolute, honest, and had a strong work ethic.
Audrey will be greatly missed by her family and friends and, at her request, will be honored in private.
