Patricia A. (Gyselinck) Jauquet
KINGSFORD – Patricia A. (Gyselinck) Jauquet, 69, of Kingsford, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at her home.
Pat was born April 22, 1944, in Norway, to the late Henry and Lillian (Valenski) Gyselinck. She graduated from Norway Schools in 1962 and attended Northern Michigan University, receiving a teaching degree in 1966. Pat taught home economics until becoming a homemaker when she married her husband of 38 years, Herbert F. Jauquet Jr.
Pat is survived by her husband; sons, Scott (Beth Wilmers) Jauquet and Craig (Natalia) Jauquet; granddaughters, Lillian and Grace Jauquet; brother, Charles (Nancy) Gyselinck; and twin sister, Shirley (Arthur) Viens; sisters-in-law, Mary Tassava, Barbara (Greg) Jauquet- Kalinoski, Roberta (James) Klusken; and brother-in-law, Michael (Laurie) Jauquet; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Special mention for niece, Wendy Pearman; and family friends, Patrick (Bonnie) Parker and Marie Blanton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and her brother-in-law, Patrick Jauquet.
Visitation will be on Monday, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Monday at American Martyrs Catholic Church in Kingsford. Fr. Joseph Gouin will offer the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be at Norway Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dickinson County Cancer Unit/Loan Closet.
