Where they belong
On May 23, as I read my paper, The Daily News, I couldn’t help but notice the arrests of the young people for heroin.
Certainly the second section had the news of the achievements of our young people throughout this district, but how much better to have put the heroin arrests and picture on the back page where they belong.
Just my opinion, but I believe we need to lift up our hard working young people and take notice when they are successful and put down the distractive publicity for the others.
We need to praise and encourage our young people, not make them famous for bad conduct.
