Not guilty pleas in Iron River CSC case

CRYSTAL FALLS – An Iron River man accused of having sexual contact with three underage females has entered not guilty pleas to his charges.
Dennis Alan Johnson, 54, pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of criminal sexual conduct-first degree and two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct-second degree.
He will return to Iron County Trial Court for a pre-trial on June 10.
If convicted on the first degree charges, Johnson must spend between 25 years to life in prison. If convicted on the second degree charges, Johnson could spend up to 15 years in prison.
According to the criminal complaint and victim testimony, Johnson allegedly had sexual contact with a six-year-old, an eight-year-old, and a 10-year-old at his home in Iron River between 2002 and 2010.
