Contempt of Congress

Dear Madam Secretary Clinton,

I’m writing you this letter as a concerned citizen, to express my views on the attack at the consulate in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012.

More important I want to articulate my disappointment in you at the hearings and how this investigation was covered up by you, and this administration.

It is apparent that you have withheld information pertaining to the investigation on Jan. 23, 2013, before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Although you have personally assumed all responsibility, Congress and the American people know little or nothing about the attacks on our consulate in Benghazi, which killed four Americans. This will give little comfort to the families of the four dead Americans.

When you were questioned by Senator Ron Johnson as to why the American people were intentionally misled for days and weeks following the attacks, you became offensive, vigorously gesturing and raising your voice to say

“What difference, at this point, does it make?”

Madam Secretary it does matter; It matters to the families of the four dead, it matters to the American people. And it’s a matter of clear consciousness.

Any President in good standing with the American people would have had you removed from office for your contemptuous attacks on this investigation. Not this administration.

This Administration’s lack of clear consciousness in this investigation will fall through the cracks of injustice as did “Fast and Furious.”

Barack Obama’s commitment to transparency will be nothing more than a smoke and mirror participation to failed openness; which will promote discontent with the American people.

You have failed to represent this country in the manner that addresses itself as Secretary of State. You are in contempt of Congress, you have lied and made excuses and have told Congress that matters of national security and life and death are none of their business. “What difference does it make” is contempt of Congress in my book.

You used excuses and blame on Congress for not providing the necessary money to beef up security at the Libyan mission. The truth of the matter is that your have acted in contravention of your responsibilities and duties as Secretary of State.

You have the blood of four dead American to live with; your resignation will provide you with a lot of time to re-think about what you could have done to prevent this travesty.

You are driven by power. You will lie about anything as long as it serves you purpose. In addition to all that has been said you were the first, first lady to come under criminal investigation in Little Rock Ark, and in Washington D.C. Your track record precedes you in your political career.

Your attitude and intolerance of policies and due process are prime example of the lives that you and your husband have destroyed over the years in your quest to achieve political domination in Washington DC.

My suggestion to you is to stay out of the political arena in the future. Please do not consider the presidential bid in 2016. God forbid.

What ever Obama can not destroy in the next three years, I’m sure that you are more than qualified to finish the job if you were elected President.

Personally, I will be able to sleep better, knowing that you’re not in office to undermine my safety and that of innocent Americans in the future.
