Patricia Ann Wittig
WAUPUN, Wis. – Patricia Ann Wittig, 57, of Waupun, won her battle and went home to the Lord without regret on Feb. 22, 2013.
Memorial services will be at noon followed by a luncheon on Saturday, March 2 at the Praise Assembly of God, 119 W. Maple Ave., Beaver Dam, WI. Pastor Randy Carey will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
Private family interment will be at the Fordham Cemetery in Adams County at a later date.
Patricia was born on Aug. 4, 1955, in Milwaukee to Harold and Lydia (Hafemann) Hansen.
She graduated from Pius XI in 1976 after she had given birth to her children Mikel and Vincent. She wanted to set an example for them to never give up their education. Both of her children did go on to graduate from college.
Patricia married Michael Eugene Wittig on Jan. 27, 1973, in Milwaukee.
She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother, and a friend who set out to conquer the world. She lived her life to its fullest and shared her faith, friendship and love generously.
Patricia was a member and board member of the Praise Assembly of God in Beaver Dam.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Michael E. Wittig; daughter, Mikel C. (Mark) Klossner; son, Vincent R. (Katherine) Wittig; grandchildren, Harrison, Bennett, Scarlett and Sidney; sisters, Shirley Klemp, Elizabeth (Patrick) Lewis; brothers, Donald Hansen, Kenneth Hansen; sisters-in-law, Linda (Rodney) Hustad, Bonnie (Donald) Wittig-Czerwinski; brothers-in-law, Charles Wittig, John Wittig, William (Shirley) Wittig, Kenneth (Anne) Wittig, Patrick (Carol) Wittig; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Lydia Hansen.
