Americans will not tolerate this
Operation Fast and Furious was a false flag operation to subvert the Second Amendment. The objective was to blame illegal gun running into Mexico by U.S. citizens and to demonize the semi-automatic rifles that have found their way into the illegal drug curtails. This would damage law abiding citizen’s credibility to be law abiding gun owners the right to own semi-automatic rifles, regardless of the type or make by the Obama Admission. This plan was conceived by A.T.F. and the Department of Justice. Eric Holder was an accessory to the fact. The criminal activity was so obvious; Obama asserted an executive order to protect the Department of Justice (Eric Holder) from further inquires from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The tragedy at Sandy Hooks Elementary School was an opportunity for hysterics in Washington D.C. Within hours of the event, Obama announced that he will introduce semi-automatic assault weapon legislation.
Senator Diane Feinstein, D-Calif., the author of the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban that expired in 2004 announced she would re-introduce a newer adoption of this weapons ban. This newer weapons ban is a retransformation of the failed 1994 assault weapon ban under the Clinton Admission. Depending on its configuration, the AR-15 you already have would probably be treated like a machine gun. You would have to be fingerprinted, backgrounds checked by the FBI, and undergo a six-month license application process to keep it. And when you die, the government will seize it. If you don’t get an NFA license, you can expect the SWAT teams to descend on your house, according the Gun Owners of America. (January 4th. 2012) www.gunowners.org).
Gun Owners of America asserted that Feinstein’s semi-auto ban legislation suggests that up to 75 percent of all handguns currently in circulation would be banned, along with as much as 50 percent of all long rifles.
Feinstein’s Assault Weapons legislation:
Bans the sale, transfer, importation, or manufacturing of:
– 120 specifically-named firearms.
– Certain other semi-automatic rifles, handguns, shotguns that can accept a detachable magazine and have one military characteristic.
– Semi-automatic rifles and handguns with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds.
Strengthen the 1994 Assault weapons Ban and various state ban by:
– Moving from a 2-characteristic test to a 1-characteristic test.
– Elimination the easy-to-remove bayonet mounts and flash suppressors form the characteristics test.
– Banning firearms with “thumbhole stocks” and “Bullet buttons” to address attempts to ‘work around” prior bans
– Bans large-capacity ammunition feeding devices capable of accepting more than 10 rounds.
Protect legitimate hunters and the rights of existing gun owners by:
– Grandfathering weapons legally possessed on the date of enactment.
– Exempting over 900 specifically-named weapons used for hunting or sporting purposes.
– Exempting antique, manually-operated, and permanently disabled weapons.
Require that grandfathered weapons by registered under the National Firearm Act, to include:
– Background check of owner and any transferee.
– Type and serial number of the firearm.
– Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprints.
– Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate state or local law.
– Dedicated funding for ATF to implement registration.
Harry Reid, Washington’s outspoken advocate against the Second Amendment and citizen’s right to gun ownership had this to add to the Feinstein gun control legislation.
– Gun ban on semiautomatic firearms and magazines.
– An effective ban on gun shows.
– A ban on private gun sales, without going through a gun dealer.
– Changes in the senate rules which would allow them to ban guns with a mere 50 Senate votes.
John McCain is now working with the leftist anti-gun owner Senator Carl Levin from Michigan on a series of rule changes to make gun control easier to pass. The first rule changes would make it impossible to fight – what’s known in Washington as the “motion to proceed.” Once the motion was adopted, the bill would become amendable and Harry Reid could play let’s make a deal. So this change would eliminate our last real opportunity to set up a roadblock and keep anti-gun legislation from even being considered. (Gun Owners of America 1/4/2013).
This legislation is treason in the making, proliferation of genocide is yet to follow. Gun control works and the following governments can attest to the results. Data from www.jpfo.org.

The continuing agitations against the Second Amendment and the tyrants that want to destroy our Constitution will soon ignite another civil war in America. Patriot Americans will not tolerate this insubordination and assault on our Second Amendment. I hope, and pray that you will join me in saving what’s left of this country and its future.
James Madison The author the Second Amendment to the Bill of Rights had this to say about gun ownership. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” The Amendment was ratified December 15th. 1791.
Charleston Heston said it best: “From my cold dead hands.”
